  • Nothing, attendance is FREE!

  • Saturday, June 14th from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Parking is free on-site! There will be signs and parking attendants at the entrance to help guide you.

  • Yes, there will be one released closer to the event date.

  • Yes. There will also be food trucks from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM selling food and drinks on-site. Water will also be for sale at the Check-In & Merchandise tents

  • Yes, there will be tents and tables available for use for all vendors, competitors, and spectators!

  • Yes! There will be a kid’s fun zone with coloring, education, a Touch-A-Truck, a corn pit, and more!

  • Yes! We will have a corn pit with toys and a coloring station near the first responder’s tent

  • No, except for service animals.

  • Cellular service is stable on a typical day, but expect potential slowdowns due to large crowds.

  • It’s up to your personal preference! Keep in mind there will be chainsaws and equipment in operation during the entire event. Hearing protection is recommended for sound-sensitive individuals.

  • Check with event staff or go to the Check-In tent

  • You’re welcome to bring your own chair!

  • The 2025 Ironwood Games will occur rain or shine! If it rains, be prepared for mud.

  • Yes, we will have local EMS and sheriffs on-site during the event.

  • The following is not allowed at the 2025 Ironwood Games:

    • Alcohol, drugs, pyrotechnic/firework devices, noisemakers, speakers, stereos, drones unless cleared by event management, harmful chemicals, large coolers

    • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, knives, pepper spray, stun guns, concealed weapons, batons, swords, katanas, and firearms

    • Any item or action deemed dangerous, inappropriate, or suspicious in nature by Ironwood Games event team members

  • Yes, we will have standard portable toilets as well as handicap accessible portable toilets available in two different locations.

  • Yes. Germs are gross.

  • Not everywhere, caution and boots are recommended. It is a mix of concrete, gravel, and grass.

  • TBD. We have heard the masses and we are working on it!

  • Yes, we recommend them but there is nothing required to bring!

  • Of course! Who doesn’t love free swag?!

  • Only if you are a light vendor! The 2025 Ironwood Games will be held outdoors during the day, so no additional light should be needed.

  • Yes. Ground stakes or canopy tent weights are highly recommended.

Competitor FAQs

  • A lunch will be covered by one of our on-site food trucks for all of our competitors. You are welcome to bring any snacks or other meals!
