In the event of severe weather, the Chief Steward will suspend all event activities until the weather threat has passed. If the weather threat does not pass for the duration of the event, the Ironwood Games may be canceled. The Ironwood Games and its related organizers and sponsors are not responsible for the cost of lodging, travel, or any other expenses or costs incurred associated with the attendance of this event.
